CAMPUS RULES & REGULATIONS:-
•Students should attend the classes regularly with minimum of 80% attendance of total classes conducted.
•Absence due to genuine reason should be intimated to academic counselors with proper proof. Students will be only allowed in Laboratories & Workshop with proper uniform i.e., Apron, Head cap, Gloves, Mouth Mask, Identity Card.
•Students are requested to maintain Good Standards & High Quality Discipline in premises.
•Tuition Fees must be paid by the 5th of every month, Failing to which will lead to late fee of Rs. 50/- per day.
•Students will be provided with an Identity Card from the institution on Payment of Rs. 200/- & in case of loss or theft of card, the new ID card will be issued only after the payment of Rs. 250, with proper documentation & undertaking; No misuse of Identity Card will be entertained, Strict actions will be taken in this regard.
•Students as well as their Parents/Guardians are requested to study the prospectus carefully even before registering their applications. Students should also ensure that they will complete the course to which they are admitted and the requests for discontinuing the course will not be entertained under any circumstances.
•Students as well as their parents/Guardians are advised to go through the prospectus carefully because after submission of fees, the Fees is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances, let the reason may be whatsoever. In the institution, menace like ragging, hooliganism, etc. are strictly prohibited and punishable offence, regard which, legal actions will be taken against them.
•Suppression of any information or furnishing false information by a candidate will lead to immediate cancellation of his/her admission at any time in such cases fees paid shall not be refunded.
•In case of doubt of any kind or for any further information please contact Administrative Office of the Institute. After admission, no claim shall be entertained. The decision of the management will be final binding.
•Any legal dispute will be limited to the Jurisdiction of the court of Channapatna, Karnataka Only.
•Rights of admission are reserved with Institute Authorities. The Institute Authorities may return admission to any candidate if feel so, without any cause or prior notice.
•The Parent/Guardians are also advised to keep in constant touch with the head of the institution from time to time as regards to the Progress and Conduct of their wards.
•Use of Mobile Phone etc. are strictly prohibited during the working hours of college inside Class Rooms, Laboratories & Library.
•Aspirants as well as their Parents/Guardians should satisfy themselves fully before taking the admission. No claim will be entertained after the admission. Reason may be whatsoever.
•The Student once secure admission will not be allowed to leave the course in the mid of session, unless he/she deposit the total dues to its institution.
